Office game
Material: waste baskets (PE), sieves (PE), softballs (PU)
The office game for stressed people was developed in the DIY store. The construction is intuitive and intuitively comprehensible. From the materials provided - a blue wastepaper basket, a red Vileda universal sieve and yellow soft balls - an object was formed whose inherent logic is surprising. The strainer was mounted on the bucket, the balls were filled into the strainer and the participants were given the opportunity to throw again if they missed. The company Vileda sent five universal sieves and a brochure about the ‘mop’ - a form of artistic promotion that makes sense and yet also creates nonsense - by post. A US American once put it like this: ‘Who's afraid of blue, red and yellow?’
The office game is most effective when used on carpeted floors. Depending on individual dexterity, the colour spreads throughout the room instead of flowing, creating a generous oasis of privacy. Some gentlemen have tried it out in their working hours: The architect in the Eurocontainer, the manager in the Schneider Villa or the businessman in front of an unusual textile wallpaper: it is a continuous and continuously increasing activity to keep adding yellow.Another advantage of the office becoming a picture is the following: Pictures can generate order, but not disorder.
